what would be some of the problems that i am going to encounter on doing my project of the effects of hydrogen peroxide on plant cuttings and seed germination

It's hard to say. Can you tell us a little bit more about the experimental set-up? One problem you might have is that nothing at all that's treated with hydrogen peroxide will germinate and/or grow, but that depends on how much peroxide you use and whether or not you also add water to the plants.
