Project Question: Is there any way to make a science fair project out of Sodium Acetate ? (preferably : "hot ice") ?
Project Due Date: Just before Christmas break starts.

I do not understand how to make Sodium Acetate into a science fair project. (preferable "hot ice")

There is a great video on youtube that explains the science of "hot ice", gives you a step by step guide on how to make hot ice and how to troubleshoot your experiment, plus talks about some of the chemical properties of the material. Hopefully you can learn a bit about "hot ice" and then figure out some questions that you can test by experimentation.
