Where is plasmid DNA found in the cell?
Why do some people sequence plasmid DNA rather than chromosomal DNA?
Is bacterial lysate produced when lysis occurs to a bacteria cell?

I'm sorry we did not have a volunteer available to answer your questions before the deadline. Is this for a science fair project? Are you going to try to purify plasmids?
