Re: Chemistry project
Hi Alison
I am not sure if you have a scientific project to complete or just answer a lab question. Here is link of a similar project on antacids http://www.picotech.com/experiments/antiacid/
Indigestion is caused by excess acid production and antacids tend to neutralize the acids because they have a base composition and that's the simple way how they work. They reduce heartburn symptoms by increasing the pH balance in your stomach. If you have to perform the experiment you can use different antacids available OTC and perform the experiment. You can also try home remedies like clove and use it in the experiment.
I hope it helps
Thanks
Sumit
