Hi,

The evidece linking eye color and vision appears tenuous. Here are some websites on the topic:

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/01/20/health/20real.html

See question 675
http://www.cis.rit.edu/mcsl/outreach/fa ... tnum=0#675

http://www.enotes.com/biology/q-and-a/d ... ion-124457

http://starklab.slu.edu/eyecolor1.htm

Here ares cience fair projects on the topic:

http://www.odec.ca/projects/2005/sull5d0/public_html/

http://www.usc.edu/CSSF/History/2005/Projects/J1017.pdf

It appears to me that the most probable answer is there is little or no effect of eye color on vision, but I have not found an answer that I trust.

Best wishes for a successful project.

Just to add to that, you might want to consider looking up the condition called snow blindness. It was common knowledge where I grew up that blue eyes were more easily blinded by glare off of the snow than brown eyes--but I don't know if there is any scientific basis for that idea.
