carbon nanotubes

Post by metalimat94 »

i`ve interested with many project,but when i searched in the internet,the project had already done by someone

now,I`m interested with my seniors project,which is;
using static light scattering to observe the effects of a chemical solvent on carbon
nanotubes.

so how to manipulate the variable? :?
hope you can help me! :)

If you are looking for a project no one has done before, you should be aware that this project has already been done at the ISEF: http://download.intel.com/education/ise ... lights.pdf.

Before you talk about variables, you will need to do a great deal of background research on your topic, and you may also need to find a mentor who is working in this field. Science Buddies can help you with both: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... l?From=Tab .

Good luck!

Hi! Carbon nanotubes is a great topic for a project, since they are still a fairly new technology. I see you have picked a topic but haven't asked a question. What is the question you would like to study?

Hi,
Carbon nanotubes are very interesting, but you want to find a specific avenue to study. Perhaps you could examine ways to improve the solubility of nanotubes in organic solvents. You could look at ways to improve the preparation of nanotubes, or find a new way to use existing nanotube technology.
