Welcome to the forum. I suggest looking at our project guide, in particular the section about writing final reports -- but if your teacher has given you slightly different requirements, follow those instead:

If you still need more help, post again and tell us more about what trouble you're having. Right now we don't know what your hypothesis was, what you did, what kind of data you have, or what section of the report you're working on!
