Re: Science Fair Help!!
Hi,
Architecture is a really interesting field. The closest category of Science Buddies Project Ideas appears to be Civil Engineering. Here is a list of our project ideas:
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... .php?ia=CE
You should also browse the Environmental Engineering projects
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... ?ia=EnvEng
You may want to think about designing buildings to minimize energy and other resource usage (so called “green building” styles and techniques) as this is very much in vogue right now. Investigating how other cultures and nations have constructed living spaces to live comfortably with limited resources can be fascinating (think cliff houses, underground or pit houses, igloos, tents & teepees, etc.) There seems to be much that we have forgottern, or never knew about this area that is relevant to the challenges our society is facing today. You have interests in a great area to research extremely important ideas.
Good luck and have fun with your project!!!
Best regards,
Barrett L Tomlinson
