My daughter's research questions was - Does the amount of protein in gelatin affect how fast it's digested? She added whey protein to jello and placed it in pineapple juice to see if the gelatin with the most protein was dissolved (or digested) the fastest. We finished the experiment this weekend. We found that the more protien contained in the gelatin did help speed up the digestion process. Now she needs a catchy title. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestions. My daughter ended up going with the title "Jelly Bellies" which was suggested my a friend.
