i live in libya and i try to find a good topic for my graduation project .
the topic you see come to my mind few hours ago , before it i was going to do it about our Laboratory microbial contamination
the two ideas only about bacteria .
and i need to know the following things :-
1- does this two idea good for graduation project ?
2- Are there any other aspects on the same topic "microbial contamination" ?

Re: microbial contamination in my collage cafeteria
Hi,
There has been lots of research done regarding bacteria on various surfaces. I would suggest doing a Google search for more information.
Science Buddies has lots of microbial projects, here: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... a=MicroBio ; since you are in college, you will want to consider doing some of the harder projects.
Good luck!

Re: microbial contamination in my collage cafeteria
Hi,
Bacterial/microbial contamination is a well studied and of course, this process occurs everywhere, from the lab to places we eat. It's
simply a part of daily life.
I think what you need to do is
1) Find out what questions you have, be specific. What are you trying to do exactly? To say that there is
microbial contamination in a college cafeteria may not be significant enough to warrant a whole project because
there is contamination everywhere.
2) Incorporate other ideas into your questions. Incorporate genetics, ecology, etc..even policy. What can
your college do to counter this contamination process? What kind of strain of bacteria is it? What is its
doubling time like? Are there signs of bacterial resistance? Think about everything on a holistic level but
be specific.
Keep on asking questions and brainstorming.
Keep it up!
