Hi --

If you're interested to know which fruits have the most vitamin C, you can find this information in nutrition charts. For example, I typed into Google, "Which fruits have the most Vitamin C?" I found this chart -- http://www.healthalternatives2000.com/f ... chart.html You'll need to go through the chart to figure out the top ten.

Another chart is provided in the Wikipedia in the topic "Vitamin C" (look for the paragraph "plant sources").

You probably should compare these sources to see if they agree. That would raise an interesting scientific question -- why would charts list different values for Vitamin C? What would your own tests reveal?

I am wondering whether you are planning an opinion survey? What fruit do people believe have the most Vitamin C? In you are planning to do a survey, besides including the top 10 vitamin C fruits, you could include options that are not in the top 10, including those that are uncommon (e.g., Chinese Pear) and well-known (e.g., olives). It would be interesting to see if there was a bias to choose an unusual fruit or common ones.

Please post another question if you'd like to describe your project idea in more detail.
