Hello and welcome to the forum:

This sounds like your "question" for your science project. Now you get to experiment and answer the question. I would suggest limiting your question to either material or size. Either way, you will need to control for the weight differences of the rockets with different fins. Do lots of tests, too! Then let us know how you did and if you have any more questions.
