- Project Question: Which popcorn brand pops the fastest? I need some ideas on how to start this, its seems easy but hard at the same time. I am in 6th grade.

Which popcorn pops the fastest
I am doing a project on popcorn, which brand pops the fastest. I'm not sure where to start can you please help me? Its due FEb. 9th.

Hey there!
That sounds like a great project and a great question! So first of all, you will need to select some different brands to test but make sure all of them are equal in weight...Also make sure that you use the same microwave with the same settings each time so you know for sure what is affecting the popping popcorn...you can then time how long it takes for each brand to pop and that way you can figure out which brand/type pops the fastest.
You can then graph your results and write your conclusion, but before you start make sure you come up with a final question, your hypothesis, and then perhaps list your materials/the procedure...
