Hello,
I am working with an experiment that involves papain. The papin that I acquired (at a supermarket) has a lot of salt, and I am afraid that it is interfering with my expirement. I don't know where I could get some salt free papein. A health store? Make it myself?

It would be helpful to know more about your experiment. If the salt(s) involved won't affect your results, there is no need to purify the papin.
