Project Question: Egg Drop Project:
I have been assigned to design a capsul for my physics class ONLY using plastic drinking straws and 1 Klenex Tissue. I have built and drawn many desicgs but have had no luck to find one that will suport my egg from breaking once it hits the ground! HELP PLEASE!! :(

I was assigned to do an egg drop project that is due this coming Monday. I am only allowed to use 1 Klenex Tissue, and an unlimited amount of plastic drinking straws. I have drawn several designs for the straw capsul and built many also, but none have succeded in keeping the egg from breaking! :( Please help!

Have you analyzed the failure mode of your designs? Are your structures coming apart? Is the egg escaping your structures? Is the egg breaking in your structure?
