Does BDNF (Brain-derived neurotrophic factor) release into the brain when you exercise?

I could not add any graphs for Data, but I figured it out. Go to edit page then press insert and go to image and press chose file, and chose one from your desk top and press chose then once it has loaded press ok and it will be put in to your page.

Question: How do you put in a video on the summary page for the google science fair?

In my study I wanted to find out if you exercise for 10 minutes does it improve your cognitive function right after. How does exercise effect the brain?
