Is this a good topic to do?

Hi! My partner (aaron) and I have picked a topic, but would like to make sure that it's a good idea before we get too far into it. Here's our question: Do humans react faster to sight or sound? We're open to any ideas and suggestions, as well as opinions about the topic itself. Thanks for your help.
