I have entered the google science fair, I have submitted my project but today I got an email on April 5 that the dead line had been extended. Do I have to re-submite my project if I have not made any more changes???????

I don't think you need to resubmit. The deadline was probably extended because other people had trouble submitting. You can also e-mail the project managers just to make sure.
