Hi,
As far as I can tell the cause of multiple sclerosis is not known, and there is no known cure. There are treatments that can help make life better for MS patients, but there is no cure. Here are websites you may find interesting:

Hello,
Stem cells can't be viewed as as the "only" possible cure for MS. There are
a lot of factors contributing this disease. It is always a good idea to
think "outside" of the box and consider everything that may lead to
MS.
