Hi Ah-Reum. The testing for Vitamin D in a particular food is very specialized and are not commonly available. I suggest you ask the person in charge of running the procedure that you are participating in what tests and equipment are available to use.

In general, nearly all studies test the amount of Vitamin D absorbed into the body after ingestion of the desired food. I do not suggest that you go off and start eating Vitamin-D foods and measuring your own Vitamin D levels (Vitamin D can be poisonous in high amounts).
