My name is Kevala Van Volkenburg. I entered a science fair project in the worldwide Google Science Fair. In my study I wanted to find out if 10 minutes of mild aerobic exercise affect academic performance. I concluded that exercise does improve simple math and reading tests for grade 5 and 6 students by 19%!
I made it into the Google science fair! This science fair was all over the world and there are over 7500 project entries and they only picked 60 projects, five from Canada and one from BC! There is a peoples choice award for $10000 towards my further education. Please go on line and vote for my project!!! Type in Google science fair and click on their site then go to vote. My project is Train Your Brain with Exercise in the 13 to 14 year old section. Thank you so much! Tell everyone you can to vote for my project! You can vote on every electronic device once!!!!
Here is a link to my project: http://www.google.com/events/sciencefai ... rcise.html#
I asked many questions on science buddies and all of them were answered. Science buddies has been a great help!!!!!!!!!
