Building a Mircobial Fuel Cell
Hi! I am building the Microbial fuel Cell that I found as "Waste Not, Want Not". I am wondering if anyone has done this project or knows anything about it. I am having very much trouble finding nickel epoxy and acrylic cement. If you have any suggestions to where I can find these materials or a comparable product, please let me know! Thanks for your help!

Re: Building a Mircobial Fuel Cell
The experiment lists the following source for acrylic cement:
Adhesive, like acrylic cement or DevCon Plastic Welder; available at your local plastics store, such as TAP Plastics www.tapplastics.com. Use an adhesive that will bond plastics. You could also try silicone adhesive/sealant, available at all hardware and building supply stores.
For the nickel epoxy, you can use any conductive cement such as "Wire Glue", available at Amazon.com: http://www.amazon.com/American-Science- ... 328&sr=1-1 or you can purchase it from Edmund Scientific: http://www.scientificsonline.com/electr ... bonds.html
Good luck, and have fun with this exciting project!
