Hi macshawn,
I'm assuming you're trying something like this? http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/buildingbig/edu ... ns_ho.html.
There isn't a particular equation for determining the strength of paper tubes, but you can conduct a series of experiments that determine under what CONDITIONS a tube might support your weight. You can check out the SciBuddies website here: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p015.shtml for help on designing the experiment.

Good luck!
