Flammability

Post by Logman411 »

My main topic is: Flammability of common fabrics and homemade fireproofing

I am in the process of researching and I need feedback from at least two experts.

I have three questions:
What causes something to be flammable?
What causes a substance to prevent combustion?
How can fires be prevented?

The help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. Need contact by 2/15/12

Hello and welcome to the forums!

These types of questions are not really the type that Science Buddies experts answer. We focus on questions regarding the science or engineering of a project, not general questions, sorry.
