What bibliographies can I use for comparing iron in cereal?

What bibliographies can I use for comparing iron in cereal?
I need to know this by March 2nd. Please let me know if you have any info. Thanks

Yes, the bibliography. It's very important for your research paper and your science board. I think you did this really great project from the Science Buddies website.

The bibliography should have references on the significance of iron as a nutrient, as this will give your project the scientific basis for doing the project. You should also have references for method of measuring iron in food.
The Wikipedia article has 10 references on this topic, several of which are from scientific journals. Look up some of the articles and see if you can understand them.
