I see that you say your current status is "I am finished with my experiment and analyzing the data" so shouldn't you have the answer to this question? I've never done an experiment, myself, to find out, so I don't know.

You've picked a difficult comparison project. The mass, shape, thickness, of the pan will all affect heat transfer in addition to the thermal conductivities of the materials.
