Why are video games a form of exercise? How does this affect the heart? What makes a video game an exercise?

Hello, WRDavila,

You've got some interesting questions that have especial relevance in an age where technology basically intertwines with every part of our lives, even exercise! Amy has given you pretty much the portal to finding great sources of information on this topic. Although we love to help with specific, project-related questions, we can't do the research for you, as Keith mentioned. However, if you are planning to do a project on this topic, I can offer some advice: be aware of the different variables that may arise - age, gender, weight, etc. Otherwise, have fun with the research! Hopefully you learn something new and exciting!
