Either very carefully or explosively! Sorry, I couldn't resist. Seriously, there are safety issues with a high concentration of hydrogen gas.
The project
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p099.shtml only describes producing Oxygen and Hydrogen (2 H20 -> O2 + 2 H2) and it doesn't even go into collecting the hydrogen to avoid creating a safety hazard. Collecting the oxygen can also be dangerous. You don't want anything burning nearby to avoid a intense fast burn rate high temperature danger. You need to be using the same precautions that are observed around people on oxygen.
Read up on the Apollo 11 mission that had a hydrogen explosion in a wier holding liquid hydrogen in their service module for use in their fuel cells.
The Hindenberg fire in New Jersey is famous example of a hydrogen fire.
