Intel Broadcom/Discovery Competition

Hi guys! I have ten chosen to be a participant in the Intel Broadcom/Discovery competition and need an experiment. I'm in seventh grade right now and will be competing next year so any experiments on eight grade level or above would be nice. For now, my top three are:

Are these good experiments for such a hard competition? Any comments or suggestions for other experiments? I'm really interested in astronomy/astrophotography and chemistry if anyone has a good experiment on them! Thanks! :wink:
