Hi Wilma,
you can reduce the pressure in an enclosed volume (tank, balloon etc) either by reducing density (pump out some of the air or whatever gas is in there) or by cooling it down.
I'm not sure that is the answer you are looking for. If you tell us more about your project maybe we can give better advice.

hi wilma
what is it that you do not know?
you wrote, "...I dont Know how to make that the athmospheric pressure goes down."
is it that you do not know how atmospheric pressure drops, or is it that you do not know how to create the "atmospheric pressure" in a lab drop?

PS. gaby9...what a useless comment

Hi Wilma,
Your question is very interesting. I did a quick google search and found an excellent resource for you to check out.
http://school.discovery.com/lessonplans ... hurricane/
This gives an experiment you can follow, but remember, you are to create and design your own experiment. This is just to give you some ideas.
In addition to giving an experiment to follow, Discovery also gives you further reading that you might want to look into. Keep in mind that the more you research, the better idea you will have about what you want and how you are going to make it.
I hope this helps,
Sareena
