Hello science buddies, I'm doing a science project on electrodialysis for my 8th grade science fair, and i'm not sure where to find any cheap affordable ion membranes for the project. Can anyone help me?

Hello matt1500,

A web search doesn't turn up retail suppliers for electrodialysis membranes. I think your best bet is to write to a few manufacturers and ask for samples. Technological manufacturers are often willing to help students and researchers.

A quick search turned up these links.

In your request, explain that you are a student working on a science project. Study the suppliers web site and be as specific as you can about what you need. Keep it simple, and don't ask for large quantities. Convince them that you know what you want to do.

You can search for more possibilities with search strings like "electrodialysis membrane suppliers."
