Optics
Hopefully you don't mind my asking an optics question here, but I'm nearly desparate. I'm working on my first science project, and I'm attempting the subject of optics. I can do research easily, but I need an idea on what to write about and how to experiment on it.
My options are reflection, refraction, diffraction, interference, iridescence, perception of color, lasers, holography, photography, reflector shape in direct lighting, and telescopes. I need a topic that requires at least a week of experimenting but is easily done and easily understood. And it can't involve people, since I would probably have a difficult time gathering twenty five people or more to experiment on.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated!

Hello TrueBlue,
Welcome to Science Buddies. You ask a very good question. To start, let me refer you to the SB project idea section at this link:
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... deas.shtml
I think you'll find many projects of various skill levels having to do with the key words you mentioned. You can browse the topics, or perform key word searches to help narrow your selections. Take a look and let us know if/when you have other questions.
