Hi Josee,
That's a very interesting question. Since I couldn't think of what skin disease you had in mind, I used Google to search using the phrase "Can you treat skin disease with sunlight?" and found that psoriasis is one skin condition that shows improvement for some patients when exposed to natural sunlight.
