Hi,
Check out UniProt for protein information. There is alot there. Here is a page for GFP (you asked about in a different post) - but you can search for any other protein you want.

Play with it and search around a little. Let me know if you don't find the stability information you are looking for.

I found other interesting information but I am curious of how the light absorbance of 395 nm was found.
