I am trying to do a project to determine if dog saliva only kills certain bacteria or most of it. Can you please help and give me some information.

Re: Science fair
Hi,
This sounds like a great idea! You will probably want to grow bacteria on a place and then drop dog saliva onto it to see if there are fewer bacteria in the area where the saliva was placed. Science Buddies has some great microbiology resources, which you can find on this page. https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... nces.shtml (You will need to scroll down.) Also be sure you read the microorganisms safety guide before you start your project!
