What is the process of creating a biomarker? Can this be achieved using GFP?

Hi Han,

You may need to be more specific with your question. What sort of process are you trying to detect with your biomarker? Here is the Wikipedia article for biomarkers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biomarker, which explains that they are used in many different fields. The type of biomarker you need depends on what you are trying to measure.

Were you trying to look at biomarkers to detect the denaturation of GFP? If so, I think you have gotten some great advice from Veronica and Donna Hardy about how to proceed. If you need more information, please post again with more questions.
