Data Analysis

To anyone with advice:

I need to find out which data analysis would be best for my science fair project. My expierment is the effect of pH (ammonia, and vinegar) on red delicious apple’s amount of decomposition. I used a scale to measure the data in grams. I put 4 slices of a half of an apple in 16oz solution of ammonia, vinegar, and water (for the control). I measured the data every 3 days. So I have finished my data collection. The ammonia and vinegar, acerage mass in the end were the same. And the apple in the water, was lower than the others. Now I am doing my analysis, and wondering which data analysis I should use. :D

Hi!

I think you should use all of your data. Also, look at this website:

These women did the same type of experiment with a more basic ingredient, and they ended up with the same conclusion.

Now I am doing my analysis, and wondering which data analysis I should use, besides the anaylsis I already learned, which was central tendency (mean), and the measures of variation (range). The mean for the data of the ammonia, and vinegar, are both 106.5 grams. For the water, the mean was 105.75. The range for ammonia was, 103 for the min. and 115 for the max. For vinegar the range was 100 for the min. and for the max, 112. For the water, the min. is 101, and the max is 115. So any other data analysis advice I would greatly appreciate. :P
