Hi Melait65,
I am not sure that we can provide more advice about finding a mentor than what you have seen on the Science Buddies website. Perhaps one good strategy is to narrow down your project idea, and then seek a mentor who can help you with it.
Here are some Science Buddies projects related to psychology. Be sure to check out the "Make It Your Own" section for suggestions on how to make each project even more impressive.
The Brains Behind "Where's Waldo" https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p032.shtml
The Science of Facial Expressions https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p052.shtml
Memory Mnemonics https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p044.shtml
Piaget's Theory of Conservation https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p049.shtml
Multitasking https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p022.shtml
That's a Real Smile! ...or is it? https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p043.shtml
The Stroop Effect https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p027.shtml
There are several more. Try searching "psychology" on the Science Buddies project search site (https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... oraproject) for more ideas.
I hope this helps. Please post again (in this same thread) if you have more questions.
