In this science experiment it is told that we have to use agar powder. I have bought prepared agarose gel and I do not know what to do now. Please I need help

I'm no biologist so all I could do was an Internet search. I see it is possible to make agar gel from powder, but don't see any way to make powder from the gel.

However, reading the description of the experiment, I see you are actually to use a 1% agarose gel that you make from the powdered agar. It seems to me you have eliminated the need to make the gel by already having purchased it. All you have to do is to ensure the concentration is 1%.
