How can I culture Propionibacterium acnes ( P. acnes )?

I am planning on doing something like the experiment you did. I was wondering if how the experiment went for you. Were you successful in obtaining data? If so, was it a difficult experiment? Do you recommend it?

I do not know about the outcome of this project. Perhaps sciencenewbie will post and let us know.

However, it is an excellent idea for the science project and I would encourage you to continue.and design a carefully controlled experiment. Are you planning to test bacterial inhibitors? Here are some specific ideas for microbiology projects:
