Question about Making Perfumes?

On the project,Scintillating Scents: The Science of Making Perfume, can you use flowers other than roses and lavender? If so, what do you suggest? If anyone could make flower combinations that would be much appreciated :)

Hello,
I am sure it would be fine to use other types of flowers to make perfume. Other flowers that are used to make perfume include lilies, jasmine, orange flowers, plumeria, and violets. The "Make it your own" tab for your experiment also gives some good suggestions for different ways you can alter the experiment procedures.
