I am doing the experiment and need to know how much yeast do I need and where could I find it. I need to know the correct measurements

Hello Kelly,
You should be able to buy yeast at the grocery store in the cooking aisle where you find flour and sugar. According to the procedure it looks like you add 1 pouch of yeast for each bottle. Depending on the number of bottles you set will determine how many pouches to purchase.
