Connecting to Cells

My science project is about how genetic mutations relate to why people have varying responses to prescription drugs. Here is the link: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p006.shtml My science teacher wants us to connect our project to cells but I'm not sure how to do this. How does it relate to cells?

Hello,
Anything about DNA can be related to cells since that is where DNA is found. In the case of DNA mutations you can discuss how this happens? Is there something inside the cell that usually keeps mutations from happening? When a DNA mutation does happen what is the impact on the cell?

These are just a few suggestions to get you started.
