I am not aware that sound energy can be captured by a windmill. My understanding is that wind energy turns the blades of a windmill which is connected to an electrical generator. The electrical energy is normally connected to a bank of batteries which store energy for periods of time when there is no wind and are recharged when wind is available to charge them. I hope this helps.
