Project Question: how to tell how much permanent marker comes out in the wash.
i want to know the best homemade solvent to find the color that is left over on the fabric

Check out this link which suggests some cool ideas for 'solvents' to remove clothing stains: http://home.howstuffworks.com/how-to-ge ... lothes.htm which should hopefully get you started.
