apple oxidation
Is the amount of contact with air a way to process of apple oxidation?

I'm not to sure about what you are asking. I'm guessing you're talking about surface area. If so, the answer would be that the more surface there is the faster the rate of oxidation. However, my guess at what you are trying to ask could be totally wrong. Could you try rephrasing it please? Thanks
