Do you mean you are looking for the sequences of the viruses?

This website is a good source of sequences of different flu strains
http://www.flu.lanl.gov/vaccine/

Also the science buddies website has a project idea for looking at flu sequences

best of luck,

what i want to know is what were actual H1N1 strains found in the flu outbreak during the flu season yearly (2005- 2000 . this would help me to construct the tree and find most effective strain in that season. 8) 8) :P :P

Hav eyou looked at the link from the science buddies project that goes to the CDC? I think that might have what you are looking for.
Also try reading the Methods section of the project from last year that you posted.
