Need help with hypothesis about flocculation
For our science fair project, my partner and I will be testing different, low-cost, flocculants to see which one will work best to improve water quality for some impoverished villages near our school in India. We will be using turbidity and pH meters and can have more in-depth water tests done at a professional lab. We need help with our hypothesis. It must be in the form, "A happens because of B". We will be testing alum, moringa seeds, and bentonite clay. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Which flocculant do you think will work best? In other words, what flocculant do you hypothesize will most improve water quality? And, how are you measuring water quality? By writing a sentence that uses both the name of the flocculant you think will work best and the way you are measuring water quality, you can formulate a hypothesis in the form "A happens because of B". Give it a try, post back what you come up with, and we can fine tune things from there.
