Gas to Rust project calculations

Post by archeyj »

I am having trouble helping my son calculate the completed experiment proportions. I have figured the volumes of an empty test tube, a test tube with steel wool, and the completed experiment test tube. How do I figure the proportions?

This forum is for questions about life sciences, earth sciences and social sciences. Please direct your questions to the PHYSICAL SCIENCES forum.

Also, tell us WHICH project you are doing and give the link to it so we can read the procedure and hopefully answer your question.

Thanks,

Sybee
