I just need any info regarding this bacterium being a biodegrader. The intent has some articles about Delftia making gold but not much on its biodegradation abilities.

Hello there,

Have you looked into research studies that tested whether Delftia acidovorans had any biodegradation abilities? Is this bacterium normally thought to be a potential biodegrader? Chances are that if you cannot find anything about this bacterium and biodegradation, it's probably because it's unknown whether it does have those capabilities. Are you planning on doing some sort of science project with this bacterium? How did you become interested in it, and are you thinking of applying it for a biodegradation project? If so, what is your main question and hypothesis? Providing us more information about what you would like to do will help us steer you in the right direction.

Let us know if you need anymore help.
